I've been paid via Wise but I haven't received an email from them?

When you are first paid through Wise, you are sent an email with a link to retrieve your payment from them. This can on some occasions go into your Spam or Junk folder. If you have not received an email from Wise, please check these folders as most of the time you will find the email in there. 


If you have been paid by Wise before, if you log into Wise, you should see your payment in your available balance.
