What other payment options do you offer?

We offer three payment methods for expert payments. You can choose the option that suits you best.

Wise (Recommended)
This is our preferred payment method.

• If you already have a Wise account and have linked your bank account: the payment will be sent straight to your linked bank account. You don't need to do anything. 
• If you don’t already have a Wise account: When we initiate the payment, Wise will email you a secure link. You can use this to enter your bank details and receive the funds without needing to set up a Wise account.

Direct transfer
If you choose to be paid by direct transfer, we’ll need to verify your identity before the payment can be made. You can read more about our identify verification process in the identity verification section of this knowledge base.

PayPal
We can also send payments via PayPal. You will be asked to confirm the email address linked to your PayPal account. Please note: This option carries a 5% deduction to cover the fees incurred through using PayPal.
