I've registered but have not received a login PIN code?

Once you enter your email on the login page, a PIN code should arrive in your inbox within a couple of minutes.

If you don’t see it:

  • Wait a moment - it can sometimes take up to 2 minutes.

  • Check your spam or junk folder just in case it ended up there.

If there’s still no sign of it, double-check:

  • That you’ve registered for an account with Techspert.

  • That you’re using the same email address you registered with.
